At Decorative Table Mats, we are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to love your table linens as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our straightforward return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.
